Mirror pose
I already know how to copy and paste a pose onto another rig, but however, is there anyway that I could flip everything. For example, if I have a right leg extended on one model, can I copy it onto another rmodel then flip the pose so that the left leg is extended in the same way? Thanks :D

Not automatically. The best you can do is probably to copy the rotation values of the right leg to the left leg, then manually add/subtract 90/180 degrees or negativize the values or both from each individual rotation axis.
