IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT THE ASSET IS, IF YOU CAN FIND A PLUGIN THAT WILL IMPORT THE DAZ DIRECTLY INTO YOUR 3D EDITOR YOUR IN, IF IT DOESN'T, THEN YOU HAVE TO FIND A WAY OF CONVERTING IT FROM THE FORMAT IT IS IN TO A FORMAT THAT IS SUPPORTED BY THE 3D EDITOR YOUR USING AND THAT 3D EDITOR HAS TO BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING SOURCE FORMAT SMDs OR DMXs. THE PROCESS AFTER GETTING IT INTO THE 3D EDITOR IS THE SAME AS IT WOULD BE FOR CONVERTING A MMD DOLL, XNA DOLL, VALVE CUSTOM CHARACTER OR THE THING YOU CREATED FROM SCRATCH.
GET THE ASSET INTO A 3D EDITOR, EDIT IT, ADD BONES IF NONE EXIST OR MORE ARE NEEDED, WEIGHT PAINT IT TO WORK, TEXTURE IT WITH MATERIALS AND TEXTURES, EXPORT IT AS DMX/SMDs, CONVERT TEXTURES TO VTF, WRITE VMTs, WRITE THE QC and COMPILE THE MODEL. THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE, THE WORK BEHIND THE PROCESS NOT SO MUCH, BUT GETS EASIER EVERYTIME YOU DO IT.
IF THERE ISN'T A CONVERTOR OR A PLUGIN TO GET IT INTO THE 3D EDITOR YOUR USING, THEN YOU EITHER HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET A GIVE UP OR FIND AN EDITOR THAT WILL DO THE JOB.
FURTHERMORE: NOBODY IS GOING TO FORK OUT MONEY FOR A MODEL AND PIRATE A COPY OF IT FOR SFM JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE WANTS IT.
IF YOU WANT IT THAT BAD, FIND PICTURES OF SOMETHING YOU WANT AND MODEL IT YOURSELF USING THE PICTURES AS A REFERENCE GUIDE. THAT WAY THE ASSET IS YOURS, THE ONLY THING YOUR PIRATING IS THE CONCEPT OF THE ITEM AND YOU GET WHAT YOU MAKE.
Textures are usually just JPG files, so the process of converting those is usually basic stuff like converting bump or depth maps into normal maps, merging opacity textures into an alpha layer, and resizing to dimensions that the VTF format will actually accept.
The usual hiccup to cope with is very high mesh resolution. As it happens, I was converting a DAZ outfit earlier today, and despite it being a couple of generations old, I still had to bring it down from 73,657 vertices (far too much for Source) to 9,936 (still quite a lot, but manageable).
Daz models are usually quads, so they'll usually unsubdivide quite nicely, maintaining an even mesh resolution that still deforms reasonably well when weight painted - but unfortunately, Blender doesn't quite know how to handle the UV maps when you do this, so you often have to adjust parts of those again.
However, I can't port that particular model for the simple reason that it's not an asset I own (and even if I did, I wouldn't have a licence that would let me share it).

AND THOSE WERE IN THAT FIRST LINK YOU SAID THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE MESH FILES.
THE ONES I WANT ARE THE WICCAN ONES...AND I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND A FREE LOOK ALIKE AND I'D MAKE IT MYSELF BUT I AM NOT SURE HOW AND I AM NOT GOOD AT MAKING CUSTOM TEXTURES WORK RIGHT WITH CUSTOM MODELS.
THAT ONE (THE CROSS NECKLACE LINK) THAT OEN DID NOT WORK FOR ME IT SAID THERE'S NO MESH FILES, SO I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE ON DA WHO HAS IT (ITS GONE NOW SADLY) I ONLY SHOWED YA'LL THAT FOR A REFERENCE TO THE "GOTHIC STYLE" I LIKED ALONG WITH THE RUBBIE I WAS SHOWING U CUZ IT LOOKED SIMILAR TO THE WICCAN STUFF.
lol. that mmd port? sh!t model. the artworks look totally different.
ahuh. witches? cool. how hard is to model that stuff tho? you know? the trinity circle are just donuts at 120°. the pentagram are just cylinders at 72°. both generate uv automatic. you only need some simple color textures tho. and a bit of phong and exponenttexture. huh? easy stuff. try it. :)

when you modelled it, i think we all would help you with the materials for source.
ALSO, HOW WOULD I MODEL THE NECKLACE/EARNING STRINGS ALONG WITH THE THINGS THAT HANG OFF THEM (IF THOSE R NEEDED)? OR SHOULD I JUST USE A DIFFERENT NECKLACE/EARING STRING/CHAIN MODEL FOR THAT?

ALSO, I DON'T MEAN TO BE A JERK, BUT COULD YOU SEND ME THE FILE YOU MADE SO I CAN LOOK AT IT AND REFERENCE FROM IT IF I HAVE TROUBLE?
