Usermod is already in the searchpaths by default, it's a system folder of SFM so it HAS to be that way. So I'm curious.., just exactly how did you edit the search paths for usermod?
You can in theory start up SFM with a different master mod (which can have entirely different search paths), but it usually just causes problems.
E:/steamapps/common/SourceFilmmaker/ This says that the custom model is located at this location:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/SourceFilmmaker/
As you can see, your custom model is simply not installed where Source Filmmaker is installed. (That you have somehow managed to make Source Filmmaker's "SDK" find a "tdmcars" search path anyway makes no sense to me, but regardless, Source Filmmaker can't find the model because the model actually isn't there.)
