How do I change a skybox?

But I have trouble finding a way to change the actual skybox of the map.. Any easy way to modify it?

Swapping skyboxes uses the sv_skyname console command with the name of the sky.

Console commands only apply to the current session, so you may want to make the command into a concommand in the element viewer for one of the shots of the session so that it is automatically reapplied when that shot starts (saving you reapplying it every time you reload the session).
