Try exporting as an image sequence and then try compiling it with a program like blender, but also try going into your render settings and bumping up things like dof and motion blur.

Yeah, I can fix it really easy...

UNINSTALL QUICKTIME NOW!!

It is a security risk to your pc. Apple no longer supports the Windows version of Quicktime and as such, it's received no security patches or updates, plus, both Apple and the US Department of Homeland Security have named it as a significant security risk:
https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA16-105A

On another note, it was never very good anyway, it always messed up the color on any video I did, and they usually would only play decent on VLC player, every other player would just stutter...

What you need to do is render in image sequence:

right-click Sfm, click Properties, click the set launch options button, and add this -sfm_resolution 1080 -w 1920 -h 1080 this will help with the resolution, then select 1080p instead of 720p just before rendering. Also Capt Fuzzy's advice on the image sequence render is very helpful

For the motion blur make sure you have that box checked, you can do that by right clicking and going to render settings you'll find it there

As it's not the same thing as the first video, it's hard to compare the two, but I feel like this one is a bit sharper than the other one. But keep in mind that YouTube compresses videos on upload, so you can't get super amazing quality on YouTube videos, but making sure what you upload looks decent in the first place definitely helps. You can try increasing the bitrate and such of the video when exporting/compiling it in Blender if you want, but I won't guarantee it'll look noticeably better.

What if I export it on avi?

If you mean directly from Source FilmMaker, it will not be compressed, which means perfect quality, but again, YouTube itself will compress it to about the quality of the latter video you linked to, and as Source FilmMaker is a 32-bit program, once the AVI export reaches about 4 gigabytes in filesize (which doesn't take very long with completely non-compressed videos), Source FilmMaker can not export the rest of the video, meaning not all of the video is exported, meaning the video will actually be corrupted. And also, as it's not compressed, it will fill very much filesize-wise, and thus also take very, very long to upload in the first place.

If you mean from a video editor for an image sequence render, I don't really think there will be much difference in the end result other than the video format itself when compared to an MP4 export or such (which you should not need QuickTime for outside of Source FilmMaker itself), unless you use wildly different compression settings for the AVI and MP4/other comparison export.

One final question, how do I make a sharpen video on sfm?

That depends on what you mean by "make a sharpen video on sfm". If you mean use a "sharpening" "filter", you can try looking into the various effect overlay things within Source FilmMaker, add-able below where you add sounds and such within it, or you can try doing it in a video editor.
