UNINSTALL QUICKTIME NOW!!
It is a security risk to your pc. Apple no longer supports the Windows version of Quicktime and as such, it's received no security patches or updates, plus, both Apple and the US Department of Homeland Security have named it as a significant security risk:
https://www.us-cert.gov/ncas/alerts/TA16-105A
On another note, it was never very good anyway, it always messed up the color on any video I did, and they usually would only play decent on VLC player, every other player would just stutter...
What you need to do is render in image sequence:

Oh sorry than while your at the render screen go to more options then layoff settings and override fps to 60 type that in the box
Anyway, thank you for giving me an information
Glad I tried to help, and by the way nice animation
This is the video that I use image sequence and compiling it in blender:

And I feel like nothing change.
If you mean from a video editor for an image sequence render, I don't really think there will be much difference in the end result other than the video format itself when compared to an MP4 export or such (which you should not need QuickTime for outside of Source FilmMaker itself), unless you use wildly different compression settings for the AVI and MP4/other comparison export.
