How to see color code of specific color of model?
Like in Photoshop with the eyedropper tool, is there a way to what color a model has specifically in SFM so I could type in the numbers to the settings of the $color2 attribute & find it there? I basically want to take a headhacked model & make the body's skin color match the head's if that's possible?

No. There is no eyedropper function in SFM.

You could try exporting an image and then using the eyedropper in Photoshop, but bear in mind that Source automatically applies a Gamma of 2.2 that you'll need to compensate for.
That's explained here: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/$color

(You can only expect approximate results however, as the end result is not 100% proportional to the albedo texture's brightness, and may be affected by other things such as Phong and normal maps).

I'm not quite sure, but I think there's an eyedropper in the colour selection dialog for "Color"-type variables (though not "Vector3"-type variables). But again, I'm not quite sure about that.

Well, even if there is, I don't believe it'll be fantastically useful in respect to colour matching two bodies, simply because of how colour tinting and gamma work in Source.
