Your graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements to run the SFM. Need A Fix PLZ!
SFM Says: Your graphics card does not meet the minimum requirements to run the SFM,
You need a graphics card that supports at least DirectX 9.0 Shader Model 3.0,
If You Have a system that that contains both integrated and higher-end graphics, you may need to change your driver settings to enable the higher-end graphics. How Do I Fix It? What Does It Mean???????? HELP ME!!!

It means you don't have a graphic card installed such as Nvidia or AMD.

PS: Graphic card is a freaking hardware, a physical object. You can't just "download" it.

You better get a gaming laptop instead. SFM has higher requirements than any typical business program since SFM is a 3D animation program.

You need to check the SFM recommended requirements at the store page for reference.

I'll make it easy for you:
Processor: Intel Core i5 or i7 and 2.5Ghz or above.
RAM: 8GB
Graphic card: Nvidia GTX 950M or 1050 or above.

Look for gaming laptop that matches or exceeds those specs. Dell has several gaming laptop models.

Alternatively, buy or build a gaming desktop for cheaper solution.

That laptop, the Lenovo ThinkPad X131E Notebook, will be a real disappointment for you , especially when you run SFM and find it doesn't work. SFM does not work well with the SFM game engine, period.

Like the Emperor said, you want something that has a Nvidia or Radeon card and meets the specs of SFM to use it.

Budget thread? Yours looks really low. Buy 'last' gen, not 2 gens ago. Anything intel i3 or i5 above 5er (even U processors) should work. I know it's not exactly last gen, but that's just cpu crap. SFM should run better with just dual cores and generally more Ghz. Anything else new runs with more multihreading tho. When In doubt use ark.intel.com to check the specs or if it's got HT to leverage all the ressources. Ram should be 8GB minimum. No question there. For graphics chip specs use www.techpowerup.com. Anything around 700-1000 GFlops and even standard 64-bit vram should perform reasonably well in budget and simple scenes and staging. I can't recommend old radeon budget graphics. The actual gaming benchmarks are too low. I'm really not sure if you'll find sold out chips. Based on the shops here there's only crap left of the last gen. New gen costs just more cash. Always just more, no price deflation anymore. You may be able get a usable nvidia like a 940m or mx (if you still find one being sold) for somewhat around 500 buckets. That's a good minimum if you find one.

i used to have a hp 210 g1 laptop, SFM WORKED SOOO WELL but then the laptop broke....
