how do i fix the error model problem?
why does every models that i import always turns into the error model?
any way to fix this?

Probably because you installed them wrong, where did you get the models that you are having trouble with?

You fix that by, first making sure they are valve models you're trying to use and second by making sure to put them in the correct folder path.

actually i tried to import stuff from gmod since it uses the same engine. did i do something wrong? or i am only allowed to use valve characters for sfm?

You most likely did, but we will need more details (for example a link to where you got the model(s) from (such as a Garry's Mod workshop submission)) in order to help you.
