How to pose fingers?

Please make this quick, I've already spent too much time watching the tutorials and I'm tired.

Rig the model, then go to the hand and expand the 'Fingers' section and there will be the bones of the fingers for each hand.

The fingers start with the thumb at the top of the list and end with the pinky at the end of the list.
Each finger is typically made of 3 bones, so you will have to move them individually to get the best results.

Selecting the fingers. I can't select the fingers.

If that is the case, try pressing ctrl and selecting a bone on the finger.

I did but I don't know which is which because they aren't exactly on the bone.
