Unfortunately, this pretty much makes such a project inaccessible to newcomers.
Or just anyone who doesn't want to pay hundreds of dollars a month for/is too honest to pirate a program that is arguably worse for modelling for Source than Blender. (Far more people around here use Blender than any other modelling program, which means more help and more guides).
