If you drag a tab in Source Filmmaker to somewhere outside of Source Filmmaker's main window, it will appear in a window of its own. You can try moving this window to the second monitor.

But note that it can be a good idea to have a different tab (for example the Console tab) there as well (or in place of the primary viewport), so you can easily switch away from/hide one of the viewports in order to roughly double framerate performance if you're working on something resource-intensive.

Ik, but I don't see the opportunity to press the button to maximize the tab. Do i need to drag it?

If by "drag it" you mean drag on the borders of the window to manually resize to almost be maximized, probably. Beyond making the main Source Filmmaker window span both of your monitors and having one half of it dedicated to one of the viewports (which I don't recommend), that may be the best result you'll get.
