how to get back default setting?

This is what I'm seeing on pop up. I want to turn it back normal, how I can get back?

Close SFM, delete -/SourceFilmmaker/game/platform/config/ingamedialog.vdf and restart.

This should reset all window layouts in SFM to default.

Where do I delete the vdf thing?

I have same problem but when i delete ingamedialog.vdf and reopen sfm i cant open anything like maps models and so on what to do??

at first i wanna ask an question, where do i delete the file? file manager or in the steam lobby?
