One, please use an in-computer tool to take screenshots of stuff. (For example, you can press the Print Screen key (often labelled something like "Prt Sc" or "Prnt Scrn" or such) (don't worry, it won't actually print anything) to copy the current display into the clipboard, and then you can paste it into an image editor (even Paint that comes bundled with Windows), save it, and then upload that to imgur.)

Two... those two screenshots have quite a large difference in them; Please try to get screenshots where the issue is visible on one screenshot, but not on the other, with no other differences, or try to take one screenshot of the issue, and then upload that, edit the issue out, and upload the edit.

What happens if you replace the "what it looks like" eye material with the "what it should like like" eye material, and then refresh the model viewer?

It is still the same.

What happens if you go fix up everything related to missing textures on the materials (which you should have to do eventually either way), and then check again?

missing textures?

Yes. (The Source engine uses a pink-black-checkered texture whenever it can't find the texture that you've told the material to use, and the left eyes have pink-black-checkered textures in your screenshots.)

Oh no, the problem isn’t the textures. I just didn’t put them in the vmt. The problem is the wierd shine on the eyes. I made two different textures for the right and left eye, but I has this wierd shine.

I know. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't focus on doing them now, though, as you're going to have to do that at some point in any case, so getting that out of the way now (followed by loading the model in Source Filmmaker and checking its console for eye material errors) isn't a bad idea.

i think a wrong or missing cornea texture looks like that. the checkerboard is whatever else tho.

Look at the tidus model and then look at the squall model. Look at how the pink and black look different.

that is the missing cornea texture. this texture is basicly a bumpmap and a heightmap. without the stuff it's a flat spread reflection. some sorta math thingy. just get the cornea corrected.
