Way to Easily Animate Talking?
I wanna make a music video of scout singing, but the song itself is 10 minutes long... I've gotten through the first minute, but it took so long to do. Is there any way to speed this up a bit? I'm using the tf_movies scout so that I can have some more broad options for facial expressions. But I know that the regular tf2 scout hwm has the "Ah" and "MB" and stuff. Is there any way to make this process easier so I can get to the dancing? Is so, then I'd love to hear how so.

you could try to extract phonemes aka the voice recognition build into sfm. if you wanna go nuts you gotta rerecord a clean vocal track to get cleaner recognition. this or that way, it'll not be perfect, but it's a good start.

Model must have phoneme presets in order for them to do that and usually require some clean up after using extract phonemes.

Sniffles...

I know the OP said that, but we all know how many times we've seen discussions about lipsyncs not working only the have an op come back and say, "no it doesn't have phonemes, I'm trying to use a player model."
