As far as Shape/Flex Keys, there are two options - export as SMD & VTA formats, then configure the slider controls manually in the model's QC:

Alternatively, if you export as DMX format, this can include the slider configuration within the mesh file itself, although DMX has a few limitations to consider (the main one I run into is the limit of three bone weights per vertex).
