Report a translation problem
To fix it, either change the session framerate to something where shots won't start/end at fractional frames (for example, if the session framerate is 30 and a shot ends at frame 7.5, changing the session framerate to 60 will make the shot end at frame 15 instead), or move the start/end of a shot a bit while "frame snapping" is enabled.
A "common" cause of this can be working at one session framerate, then exporting a video at a different framerate, then not immediately closing Source FilmMaker afterwards without saving the session.
