If it has any half-decent NVIDIA or AMD GPU (according to some site, it has/should have an NVIDIA GeForce 940MX or 950MX, which is easily good enough), I think so.

In other words, make sure the model you're getting has a GPU that isn't just an Intel one. (It can have an Intel one as well, but it may not only have an Intel GPU.)

Be aware that you might have to manually make Source FilmMaker's sfm.exe program use the non-Intel GPU.

In that case, it looks like it won't be good enough, as I can't see any mentions of a non-Intel GPU on that page.

As has been mentioned, you should be good to go with just about any laptop with those specs, just as long as it has more than just an intel gfx card/display adapter...

Wait, how about this one

Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E570 High Performance 15.6" Full HD Business Laptop (Intel i7 Proessor, 15.6" FHD (1920x1080), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M, 8GB RAM,

That sounds a lot more viable. It's got a good processor, a proper NVidia GPU and enough RAM for the job.

That said, you've not given any main storage specification - given that SFM can use a lot of disk space when you've got lots of assets installed or several rendered scenes stored, it's worth making sure you've got plenty of storage space.

How about this one (HP 20-c013w Snow White All-in-One PC with 19.5" HD+ Display, Intel Celeron J3060 Processor), 4GB Memory, 500GB Hard Drive and Windows 10 Home) has more storage, but even so. I have a 1TB portable drive..

No, absolutely not. That's basically low-spec laptop hardware disguised as a compact desktop.
