How's about you ask in this thread, we have 3 other forum regular online. Simply link to your thread and they'll answer. And don't take the title of the forum personally, that's how he wants to name it somehow.
I won't guarantee it'll fix it, but I think I remember having to do (either) that (or exporting the sound from my slow laptop) to get the sound to match up correctly myself once.
I haven't found a solution to fix it directly in sfm, but do know that you can use an external source like obs to record the sound only, and insert that in your editing software.
