He can't Google something that doesn't exist, and to the best of my knowledge, there is no such app called "GFscape"...
I appreciate the fact that you are willing to help out, but please learn to be a bit more specific when giving advice, that way you don't send some poor noob on a wild goose chase for something that doesn't even exist... lol

What they are referring to is GCFscape, and if you are referring to the recent update to TF2, then yes, you will need that to extract the map or maps that you are looking for from the new update.
This guide will show you just how to do that:

Now stop making problems in other people's thread. If that thing doesn't help, then at least point out where exactly is the problem than barging into other people's thread and shout the living daylight of a problem you're currently having

Did it ever occur to you that maybe you are in such a hurry to get these maps that you might have done something wrong and that's why it didn't work?
Hundreds of people have used these guides and very few have had an issue with them not working that wasn't something that they did wrong...
I'd suggest that you calm down, take a deep breath, clear your mind and try it again.., and this time don't get in such a rush and you just might get it working right.

Okay.. I download GCFscape, unpack all TF2 new and old content from all 4 dir folders. After that i was tryied to port maps on sfm, but every time sfm get crashed... After that i want to try decompile maps and recompile them in Hammer. I did it, but i dont know why all maps was without textures ( purple-black boxes everywhere)
So i really dont know what to do
And 1 more thing - i Accidentally delet all hammer settings, and even returning to default settings cant help... So now i cant do anything

Have you actually tried loading Banana Bay in that way yourself? I just have, and Source FilmMaker crashed for me (on the first map load attempt, not the second one, so it's not from a simple lack of de-compression).
Do note that that way does allow Mercenary Park as well as compressed maps from previous updates to load (meaning I didn't just mess it up or such), but it doesn't seem to work for (at least 2 of) the (5) community maps from Jungle Inferno.

BSP files can be packed with model and texture assets, but the uncompiled VMF format does not support this, so recompiled map files never include any embedded assets by default.

If you want to recompile a map that relies on embedded assets, you need to extract them yourself (I personally use VIDE for the job), and either mount them in SFM or pack them back into the recompiled BSP.

How can i open bsp in VIDE?

This is specifically a guide about using VIDE to add files into a BSP, but extracting isn't wildly different.

http://www.tophattwaffle.com/packing-custom-content-using-vide-in-steampipe/

For extracting, when you get to step 7, you click on "Extract" rather than "Add" (unsurprisingly), and it's fairly obvious from there.
