What is Phong?
I just want to know what it is and how to use it on models like BATIM.

The main thing to know about Phong is that anyone who uses the term as a buzzword when describing their posters is a charlatan who has an overinflated impression of their actual ability in, and understanding of, computer graphics. It's really not as fancy a concept as some people describe it as.

Phong is a shading method developed by Bui Tuong Phong for his 1975 Phd disserations, which is a method used to interpolate the vertices of a CG model to create a smooth appearance for the model's surface.
In Source specifically, it refers to the implementation of the Phong reflection model, used to add specular highlights to the surface of a model.

If a model is able to use Phong and the model author isn't an incompetent oaf, then it's already using it, you don't need to do anything.

I can promise you, that alone can't work. There are at least four other parameters that need to be present.

No, I like being sarcastic, and sometimes a heap of jargon is the best way to do that.
