Help me find the names of these animation sequences

Does anyone know the animation sequence names of these two poses in the Photos I've posted?

Add some context

I'm trying to make a Trouble in Terrorist Town SFM so I need to find the HL2 3rd person animation sequnces used by Garry's Mod to keep it close to how players move in the actual gamemode.

I'm glad you guys tried to help me :) the animations I found were 1st person like c_arms ect, I did find the crowbar pose in a model I downloaded from Gmod Workshop which is called "Swing" can't find the pose when he's standing pointing his pistol with one arm. :( oh well thanks for helping me anyway

Nope hang on, found the real name of the crowbar pose, it's called Idle_Melee or the full name is ACT_HL2MP_IDLE_MELEE, those seems to be missing from every Workshop model from Gmod :(, was looking around on here for the name, https://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Entity/GetSequenceInfo
