Anyone know where I can find Ryder, CJ and Sweet (From GTA:SA) models for SFM?

Your best bet is probably the gmod workshop, I'm pretty sure that, at the very least, Big Smoke is there...
To port them to SFM, just follow this guide:

Trust me, as someone who was once in your exact position, the $10 for gmod was well worth the access to the gmod workshop...
