ugh. it's still just a gradual pitch down and pitch up of some noise. it's just fast. i don't have a ton of tools for audio production right now. i can't. :/
Try going to the 2:03 mark. At 2:06 mark, there's that sound effects that might fit your taste and I'll give a quick check after I've gone back to bed and wake back up at 10:30 am Malaysian time.
Basically, that sound effect is from my war sfx pack and I may be quite sure I've include all the artillery_incoming sound effects
I'll try to check if there's anything in my war sound effects pack, all sort of unique sound effects from shakes due to explosion to artillery incoming which a lot of these can be used in various ways aside from their main purpose (if you get what I mean) cause that's how stick figure animators to around with sound effects
