Report a translation problem
It takes a little while to complete, depending on how many individual sound files there are, but it will do all at once, if you wish.
Put in your mp3 file to Premiere
Go the Export menu by pressing CTRL+M
Then at the top, it should say the file format for the export (By default, I think its like H.264)
Change that to WAV and the look for the KHz part and change it to 44100KHz and keep it as a 16bit channel.
And that's how you do it in Premiere Pro, obviously, you can't do every single file at once, but it does work with one at a time.

I've used Premiere Pro for several years now and I never knew this.
I knew that you could export separate audio files, but didn't know you could change the format...
