How to upload Rar. files?

A friend of mine attempted to help me.
But, I failed...
She was saying something about a folder but I have no idea whaty dat means. I only see a Doc that says Rar. file next to it.
Help?

You can't upload rar files here. You use sites like Dropbox, Googledrive and onedrive to pass data files around.

Oh, you're using completely the wrong word then. You're trying to install them, not upload them.

RAR is an archive file, like ZIP or 7Z. You need WinRar to open them and access the contents inside.

Hold on i think i made a mistake.. I'm saying : I've downloaded a Rar. file.. okay! I look for it on meh downloads or files.. and it's not a folder! Just a doc icon..

Like I said, RAR files are archive files, you need WinRar to extract them.

Download and install 7zip. Then, open the RAR file with it.

if you have WinRar then do this
1.open it
2.select the two folders "materials" and "models"
3.go to the usermod folder
4.drag and drop them in there
5.done!

First off, the rar. file is just a paper icon not a dam folder!
Second, I don't wanna install a whole other software just for this!
And lastly, I give up..
