How do i put blood on a model?Like a blood stain on the model...
The title says it all.

Blood stains on character models are almost always done via override materials, with replacement textures. (However, I believe some of the TF2 models already have "bloody" textures as skin options, so if you're using those, check the skin options).

For flat surfaces, it's possible to spawn "decal" particles (see the workshop for some packs) and position them on the surface of the model.

As Marco Skoll said, for characters (and many other models), that would often be done through overriding $BaseTexture with an override material. Here's a guide on using override materials for that, with the example being making a yellow Soldier, but you can just add blood stains instead:

i think i remember there was a script that used to manipulate mesh data. if you'd combine this with a bit of control dags and a bit of math you could maybe isolate some geometry and add a splatter texture detail. this is how the engine does it internal and ingame. that works, but loading a splattered model in sfm crashes it. sheet.

There's some textures in the workshop that look really good for that. You just have to spawn it, move it onto the model, and lock it in place.
