Report a translation problem
This is the way to port GMod Workshop models to SFM.
Create a mod folder under the game folder, call it what you want. Put only models, materials.particles and sound folder from the extracted GMA file into that. Open the SFM SDK and turn on the folder you created. Give it the priority it needs to overwrite files if it has to then use the models.
Fix any can't load {path\filename}.vvd and Can't filnd or load {path\filename}.VMT or .VTF errors.

i converted them to sfm but they are invisable please tell me why is that?

This works for a few addons. I use it for maps so I don't need to dig through my GMOD folder after installing an addon and don't clutter up my drives more than I have. Maps need to be decompiled with BSPsource and recompiled in Hammer with HDR on
