How To play a practice game/Solo

Hi there sorry again for the title i know its been posted a few times but im very confused.

DOES this game have a solo option or not? some are saying yes some are saying no, it'd be great to have an official answer thanks.

If I had to do it, I'd make a browser extension that acts as the AI. But you'd need some way of feeding in-game data, otherwise it'll just be picking random or semi-random options. Defo not the hardest things to do.
