Does not start in VR Valve Index

This game is great. Lovely graphics, amazing music and story and puzzles just right for not getting frustrated. I've run into a bug I think. I've unlocked all 29 normal achievements on xbox but the one for unlocking them all didn't pop. It is also still grayed out on the board in the study. Any ideas what can be done from my end? Love the puzzles, It keeps my mind active at 70 years old, Great game.

Managed to get most of the level done, but when controlling the last Mr soldier, and he meant to go into the machine, (past the crushers ) The game didn't put him in the machine, but the machine activated and gave me the glove. But I don't have an energy spark. So therefore trapped. I am now resorted to having to replay the full level again, which is lengthy and quite frankly a bit annoying, especailly when I got so far, and ran into this issue. Hello. I've noticed 2 bugs in the level 50. After making 6 soldiers enter the house, the doors partially opens. Trying to open it, there's an invisible wall that prevents to enter, but there's another door. With the other door is possibile to enter in the room, but there is an invisible wall before the opposite wall (of the entered door) that prevents going there or putting items and complete the room. I'm retrying tomorrow...
