why this game has so much lag

there is weeks that i have noticed a lag on south american servers, no matter your pc or internet, the game has a lag for everyone in the game.

you can notice it, because in the chat there always a lot of people from different countries saying it.

please, fix the south american servers, we are a big part of the game.

High ping only on certain servers (in the same region)?

Anyone else playing normally until you get put on a different map/server within the correct region and then the high ping makes the game unplayable? I know it's not an issue on my end because I've tested other online games. Playing on SouthAmerican servers btw

Do the admins know about the Teleports and lag on the SA/BRAZILIAN servers?

For 4 months, the servers in Amarica do Sul have been suffering from constant teleports and lags, especially after there are more than 30 players on the server. It's impossible to play, please fix this, there are already topics on Steam and Reddit about this.

Insane packet loss in South America servers

Ever since the game went free on Epic Games, we've experienced a ridiculous ammount of packet loss and stuttering lag, rendering the game unplayable at times. Please, kindly look into this issue, as it's a very bad problem affecting gameplay.
