Freezing/Stuttering started appearing
I have played this game for over 100h fine, but now I get a 2 second frozen screen every minute, which makes the game unenjoyable. During the freeze, nothing happens on my screen, but I rarely loose health, so I assume my character keeps walking on the enemies screen and then teleports once I unfreeze. This is also highly frustrating for them.

I have tried everything from updating my drivers, bios, even upgrading my cpu. The game runs perfectly smooth at 165 fps and will then just randomly stutter. This even happens during in engine cutscenes. Anyone knows a fix?

A freeze actually means the system can't handle the game flow but I have an 8 years old computer and it runs fluently most of the time. I know that a lot of new computers with great CPU have not always a good video card inclusive and sometimes the video card is more important than the CPU. You could try to adjust the settings a bit lower and then you can see if the error does occur again. Otherwize there might be an error with some datas when the error does not occur bevor. So try to reainstal the game and see if their will be an improvement. So the whole datas will be installed again. Another option is it to check your task manager while you playing the game sometimes some antivirus software slows down the computer and it makes sense to use another one. Another important part is your internet connection itself. The speed does not matter that much but how stable the connection is do you have a lot of packet lose ? I do not know if that helps but you can try it out. If that doesnt helps I recommend you to read forums or watching youtube tutorials I often was able to solve technical issues in this way, because if you can describe the error very detailed you often find the right information which helps you. By the way my screen often is frozen when I lost my internet connection for a very short time and the game is often overhelmed.

hasn't worked for me, checked all the anti-virus. torn banner said it's the antivirus. Then i did that. Then i just told me to tone down the settings.

I had this same issue for two months. All I can tell you is you're not crazy and what fixed it for me was a fresh OS install from a flash drive. Although it kind of sounds like you've already been down that route.
