Can't see my friends

Hi everyone. I opened the game today and can't see my friends I bought the game from steam.

My friends on their end they can see me as a friend but always offline. and can't invite me. Writing their code on my socials menu to add them results in a never ending loading icon and I need to press cancel. on their end they can't remove me from friend lists. This is so weird. what's interesting is one of my friends who also have the game from steam was able to a party but from steam. I didn't receive the notification in game to press the k button, I needed to go to steam navigate to friends see what he's playing and clicking join game. then I fall into the party where my friends who have the game in xbox pass and ps5 can't invite me isn't it all weird? all of this makes no sense.
I verified the integrity of the game file, I reinstalled the game. I reinstalled windows and still same issue.
I sent a message to the chivalry support team and seems like they just sent my issue to the dev team to see if they need to do any patches but I doubt they will because I didn't upload any log files etc and seems like its not a common issue now.

I could really use your help guys. I reached a dead-end.
