New REGICIDE map crashing everytime i try to join

every time the new map tries to load, the game crashes and i have to restart the game. I have not been able to play it yet. anyone else having this problem?
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game a couple times now and still dosent work.
please help!

I do too, i don't know how to solve it though. I tried re-installing and starting the game as administrator but nothing solves this. Apparently my PC says Unreal Engine cannot reach or find D3D. If anyone knows something about this.

I can load the map but have extremely low FPS once inside the city.

Today's patch didn't even fix this lol

I keep loosing connection as well. I can play for a couple of minutes then I loose connection to server. This is very frustrating. This is happening in every match I try to join.

Hi lads, i tried launching the game in DX12 and it worked! Finally! The process would be:

Open Steam and go to the Library
Right-click the game you want to launch
Select Properties
Go to the General tab
In the Launch Options section, remove any existing launch options
Type -dx12 into the command field
Close the Properties window and launch the game
