The Best Solution for Team Switching

Chivalry 2 is an excellent game with almost everything, I've only been playing Chivalry 2 lately but the most difficult part of the game for me and for other people is the unbalanced
teams and players switching teams at the beginning of the game. Because usually the level of one team is always higher than the other.

My suggestion against this:

When the round starts, don't show players' levels for the first 3 minutes.
Instead there should be a question mark(?). But still, those who want to switch teams should do so. I usually like to play as Mason.

I hope the game developers will take this humble suggestion into consideration and find a solution to this problem that almost all players see as a problem.

Team switching is so annoying. I constantly see LVL 500+ players switch teams when they're on the losing team or just want to stack up. How are they not ashamed?

Agree but worst one is when game starting people switch to good team and player stayin at bad team quit the game. I think this problem is decrease online player count also. I mean team switching completly destroy the game.

back in the day people stacked mason , i honestly dont know why , i think just because they were cooler but of course they started to win so more swapped so they won more and eventually it was stack on mason for fast easy wins. they were the majority but not always attackers and with the inclusion of tenosia and new maps it warped into always stacking attack.

it wont matter if you balance by level that isnt how they are deciding where to go , and level is irrelevant most people seem to be smurfing nowadays a practice made free and easy by friends and family.

Probably also because masons attack more frequently than they defend, and we all know why people want to be on attack, they simply win more often

Thats true, attacking side more better for me also Agathas look like tin can :p Masons' voice packs and armors more brutal.
