Does winning matter?

As far as points earned for leveling up and for the campaigns? Is there any bonus for being on the winning team?

I ask because when I'm in the training grounds, if my team is doing too well, I'll back off so they can complete the objective to make the map last longer. I'm sure in the long run it probably doesn't matter if the team I'm on wins or not. I'm just curious.

why is this game so one sided

is the mm really that bad? like its never even always 1 side has all the lvl 1000 vs 50 and below

Lvl dont matter too much after 20. If you are good then you are good. The issue lies with teams not focusing on the objective(s), that is when you get rolled.

Servers are rubbish and you will frequently get disconnects and lag even with god tier internet, game is pretty buggy. Can't believe I paid for this game smh. Devs cant make this game without some serious issues, as fun as it is, I wish there was some other dev out there that made this but better. Mordhau doesn't count cause its got the tryhard problem of swinging your mouse around wildly and using exploits instead of real and fun fights.

Since this game gives the players the ability to create an unfair advantage with how team switching works you will find 85% of the matches are steamrolling or getting steamrolled with a stray fair match in between. It also depends on where and when you play but there are better players that try to make things more fair out there.

I have no clue as to certain if it does. I think it matters more about your score than anything.

You get like a ~300 bonus for losing and ~750 bonus for winning

Lol. That's legit though for this topic. Unless I'm mistaken, you don't get bonus points for having more kills than deaths at the end. You just get whatever you got during the match, win or lose, having 50 kills and 0 deaths or 50 kills and 200 deaths will will give you the same points no matter which side you were on.
