How many players per team or squad?

So I'm looking for crossplay games (PC & PS5) since I have some friends on PS5 who doesn't own a gaming PC.

We could play Apex Legends, but that game is cancerous as well as only allowing 4 players per squad (Potentially there could be 5 or 6 of us at most). We're just hoping that we all could play video games together. If this game could support 5-6 of us then maybe we'll give it a shot.

Ahh, so just to be clear, only 4 per party, but on a team, there could be multiple parties of 4?

if there are some free slots for that, sure. there's no limit for that but could be difficult to find lobby where y'all be able to play together in one team.
