REMOVE ABILITY TO SWITCH TEAMS

Ability to switch teams in match, even multiple times is killing the gameplay, and could be damaging to the game in short terms even.
People are mostly switching to attacking teams, some are switching multiple times during match, depending who is about to win, and some are going to "stronger" teams, which are apparently more "skilled" than the other one.
Once again, if this possibility isn´t removed, in my opinion it is going to have a devastating effect on the game, and it is having one already.
Mordhau for example, didn´t remove ability to switch teams for years, and again, in my opinion, it was one of the reasons why the game fell down.

If people wont be able to play on attacker's side when they want they will just leave the match and find another one. This won't exactly fix any problems. The core problem is that defender side is too weak (and frankly boring), thats what needs to be changed.

Remove the ability to swap teams, players can't be trusted to keep matches balanced. It's as simple as that.

I have no problem playing defense, what does ♥♥♥♥ me is playing in steamrolled games. That's not fun for anyone and will kill off the game eventually.

u can insult the coward high ranks on attack team all you want and they cant even reply cause what u said is true. They switched to attack team immediately after joining the server.

And it´s getting worse every day....You can´t even play defence anymore, since most people with higher ranks go to attacker and just steamroll defenders.

had a match yesterday where our team, defenders, didnt have a single person over rank 100, the attackers had like 10 players over 100, a few over 200, 300 etc, half their team was buff and we had a few <10, some 20s etc, it's just not fair
