Is there a way to transfer my EGS progress to Steam?

I invested a lot of time into Chivalry 2 on the Epic Games Store client. I'm wondering if i can somehow transfer my progress over to Steam, or link the user accounts. I don't really feel like starting at level 1 again.

Will there be Cross Progression?
In an earlier community update we mentioned we have multiple teams working on both the “Tenosian Invasion” and the “Reinforced Update” which will feature crossplay parties. The Reinforced Update team has also been working in parallel on the cross progression system between Steam and Epic. Cross progression between Steam and Epic will be released in the next major update after Tenosian Invasion, coming summer 2022.

Buy now while on sale and wait until next patch to start on steam. That's what i'm doing anyways. I wonder if the newly added achievements will transfer too

I played it on xbox game pass, and just got it for free on epic games. I bought it 0 times, but i wan't my data tranferred :(
