Hi,

When can we expect the Zweihander preorder skin to be available to people who buy on Steam? It only seems fair if other players are getting the 4 time-limited exclusive helmets, no?

I preordered the game on Epic but I've re-bought it on Steam - it feels really unfair to lose access to it (and I imagine cross progression won't let me merge it)

You can. Read the thread. The Steam stuff is timed-exclusive. The preorder bonus is permanently exclusive.

in this case, this is a deception of the players who made the pre-order, all the more it is unfair also for the players from the consoles

Now why would the pre-order bonus include for Steam users that bought the game 1 -year after it's release? use brain

And I hope TB sticks to the exclusivity of the Pre-Order bonus for people, Like me on EGS, that supported the game pre-release. If you wanted pre-order bonuses you should have PRE-ORDERED Chiv 2 before it came out, As the bonus was intended. Now cry

They could put it as separate DLC on Steam for sale, that'd make everyone happy. It's completely unfair to Steam community to have game off the store for a year, then come back to "oh whoops we already gave that cosmetic on the other platform too bad you missed cause we decided to not have the game on your store".

There was no possibility to pre-order on Steam. Your argument would be valid if there was option to get it on Steam with pre-ordering and plenty people would do this. Many people dont buy anything on Epic and prefere to wait "exclusive" time and buy game on Steam.

Royal Zweihender should be available to get somehow on Steam, they could have enabled pre-orders week before relese, they can add it as an DLC or something. Why Steam users should be treated like a stepchilds?
