It's been a year since Raia Nova came out, and some very comprehensive updates have been done, such as the adding of Illusion Capsule reward items.

In the latest one, many small changes have been made to the game, improving skills, enemy encounters, levels, and so on.

Aside from that, the notable additions are 4 new skills and accompanying items.

Pulsar Spear - A spear slams down, then shoots lightning.

Reactor Spear - A Spear slams down, then after a brief pause, makes a large explosion, like a time bomb.

Inquisitor Eye - A strange object appears and watches you, zapping enemies in it's line of sight.

Breath of Scorn - Fire weaving shots that power up into a swarm of bolts.

Another addition to the game is the boss randomizer setting. If you have ever seen a randomizer mod, this works like that, bosses appear in a random order in the campaign. It's a fun way to keep things unpredictable. But it's not recommended for your first try at the campaign, you might encounter a difficult boss early on. Also, the first level, and a few others, cannot change bosses.
