that is not the number you think it means based on your title. it means what position your character is in compared to all the others of the same character. so in silver 1500 people playing the same fighter as you are higher then you.

ranked is DOA. the fact rank is tied to each character... so noobs who are bronze mains are gonna go against the only people playing (silver, golds on other characters) but will play against those ranks on their mains when playing tryhards alts. terrible system imo gg for us

another one of those people who think not only is steam the only system hosting this game but somehow active players means total players.

the number under your character is your position compared to others playing the same character. you have to look at the ranked leaderboards to see your overall position.

Poor fella lost the skill check already and thought the character specific ranking is the same as the number of people playing ranked. Jack has 30k people in ranked alone.
