Game Not Loading Up

I downloaded the game this morning and as I go to open it, it crashes and closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and still get the same issue.

if you want alot of itheams and cards and skins, you should defititivt downloade this game for sure. make sure to finish it 100% to get all

I get the Disconnection message every time i try to play, happens after 20-60 seconds from launch. my internet connection works well i tested it on other games/platforms. shame I can't play the game, it looks cool.
