Good luck.
The save may not work fine if trying to retry challenges, this is why manual saving is a priority. The previous autosave was 6 hours ago, and manual save from yesterday, i learned my lesson :)
My fix is to simply to set the Display Graphics preset on a lower setting and if that doesn't work, load from a manual save.
However, I'm trying to start the Turf War episode. First time I manage to start the asylum fight but when that Heavy Weapons Guy did me in and the game crashed I knew I'll be having one of those days. But for some reason, no matter what setting I choose, I can't begin Turf Wars.
So I guess that's that for me with Spider-Man.
(I want to finish the episodes before I begin with Morales, but at this rate I won't.)
go to C:\Users\(User)\Documents\Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered\76561197991005666
keep the first 3 backups and remove the rest of the backups
start the game and for some reason that completely fixes my crashing till there to many backup saves again
Before loading a game, I set my graphics settings to low.
Then the game successfully loaded.
Only used auto same
Great
Worked on steamdeck
Then i moved around and got a new save
Playing again
