You’re literally called “Lacey” have some shame. 🤣
A strong masculine name that is.
Also, why cut or skip something that brings some diversity into the gameplay, where you otherwise play a single character that allows only a very limited selection of playstyles and therefore might become boring over time, even story wise when everything is just told out of this single characters perspective?
Mhm, okay. Anyway, hopefully Insomniac will add more of those into sequels. I'm sure they are(not) so scared of your rating
That's all well and good in theory but in this case the "diversity in gameplay" you're talking about are boring on-rails stealth sections with an unlikeable character.
Take Arkham for example. The Catwoman sections diversified gameplay without being boring because Catwoman was fun to play. You had a degree of freedom in how you controlled her and she had a unique movement style with different combat moves. Spider-Man should have taken a similar approach.
Lol what, taking away my amazing gadgets, mobility, fighting, takedowns and forcing me to play absurdly basic stealth game is not "diversity". You would have had point of MJ implementation came with interesting mechanics attached but that is not the case, game is basically forcing you to play one of the most basic, dumbed down and uninteresting stealth section in entire gaming history in MJ parts.
ive come to the conclusion that console kiddies dont even know what "good" looks like anymore.
Has everything to do with my point, that you failed to understand it does not mean it does not make sense. Sure, there may be cases of enemy vision not working properly, but that is an implementation issue and not a development decision issue. You are completely above your opponents in spider man stealth missions. It makes sense LORE wise and you have far more gadgets to help you with sneaking on Spiderman missions.
It is far more plausible than trying to market a normal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ civillian sneaking into military base by crouch walking between some barrels.
