Black Cat camera side activity

Anyone else having a problem with taking a picture of the little cat for Black Cat. The one I can't take a picture of is gernch.

I did all the pictures, and then completed the set and found her hideout, but it won't now unlock the dark suit... something is bugged...

I have the one in the financial district, southern most tip, that won't let me take the photo. Must be a glitch or bug?

I had that issue restarted the game did some other side mission or event and went back and it worked.
Not sure if thats a fix but that is what I did.

Yeah it's some kind of bug not letting the camera work at some put in the game. Restarting the game and going back seems to fix it but the problem can pop up again.

Yeah that's what I did. It happened on this side activity and on the back pack. Exiting and going back fixed it but it can re-pop up.
