Groundpound mission from harry osborne.

Hey folks. Well like the title says i am only missing 1 of the tech roof missions for harry osborne. It gives me the instructions to swing in the air and press X+A to pound the ground from high air to reveal some preassure points.

Here is the thing... If i do this and swing high in the air then hold x+a nothing happens..either i do an air trick or a zip line. So i read that i was supposed to hold L stick to dive + a+x held at the same time and this makes me pound the ground..but nothing more happens. I have tried this ♥♥♥♥ now like 100 times. I swing until i get enough air then slam down as much as i can but nothing else happens at all. Is there an exact area you have to land on? It gives me no pointers about this and im going completely insane here as this is the last mission.

I am using a Xbox controller. I did see a youtube video of someone doing this on the ps4 but they just simply jumped of the roof and held 2 buttons and smash...
