Backpack stuck in wall.
Anyone else encounter this? It's stuck in a wall and can't obtain it:

Leave the area and come back, it should be okay. 1 of the 55 (on a lightpost) failed to spawn correctly for me, I went a few blocks away and it was working when I returned.
