i cant access to the drone or bomb challenge (aka rooftop box)

i can't even press any button, and sometimes the box just vanished when i get close to it. how can i fix this?

you need to do the related mission first its called "What's in the Box?" i got it after doing one drone challenge and only after doing it i could do the other challenges.
