Unplayable stuttering (3080 Ti, 12900)

Does anyone have the same issue?
Installed latest drivers. Lowest graphics settings, 1920x1080 resolution, DLSS off, ray-traycing off, g-sync on and off, v-sync on and off - nothing helped. I have 12900 processor, 3080 Ti card and game is unplayable.

some issue with your system somewhere, I have the same specs and can play at 4k with everything maxed, raytracing etc, with dlss turned off and I get 60fps, dlss on and goes up to around 70-100 depending whats on screen

Try disabling "Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator" in device manager and see if that clears things up.

UPDATE DRIVERS

This is a longshot but this is what I had yesterday: So I preloaded the game but it was taking so long to unzip that I just uninstalled and downloaded again on my other disk since it couldn't download to the same one. Which means I had the game installed in one disk and the encrypted game in another. My performance was crap. I uninstalled both and installed it again in my SSD and the game ran better. Also for some reason I was getting above 90% ram usage yesterday but it calmed down after I don't know what. Now it's at like 85 or less. Check your ram usage. If it's at 90% or above then that's the issue I had. Otherwise check the first issue I told you of having the game installed twice. Cheers

Is it a process or a service? On Windows 11 I have neither...

Tank you! Tried, but didn't help.

I noticed that stuttering is huge when the new part of location is on sight. FPS is high if camera just stays in place, but when I start to swing or move camera - stuttering becomes huge.

It works fine for me with a worse PC.

Thank you! I tried all kind of setting, and even with all parameters on "low" I still have stuttering. I have more FPS in game, but it freezes and stutters every second
