FPS drops during cutscenes that stays low even after?

The game runs at around 60 FPS on medium/high, but when a small cutscene in between fights happens, my FPS drops to like 15-20 and then remains that way. I have to use my laptop's armour crate program to change my laptop from silent mode to performance, which resolves the problem, and back into silent mode. No idea why this happens during cutscenes but the opening mission with Kingpin has like 8 cutscenes during the fights and it's annoying having to constantly swtich.

My spec are 17-10750H 2.6 GHz, RTX 2060 6GB and 16GB RAM. My graphics driver is fully updated also
